What is Rooibos?
Rooibos is actually not a tea in such because it doesn't come from the tea plant Camellia Sinensis. Rooibos originates from Afrika and grows like a bush with bright green needle-like leaves.
Rooibos is known for its red colour which develops through an oxidation process. You can also get green rooibos which hasn't been oxidised and the process is very similar to the Chinese green tea.
