What is Green Tea?

Green tea is a type of tea where the tea leaves have not been allowed to oxidise. Soon after harvest the tea leaves undergo a heating process which stops the oxidisation. This process results in a green tea, whereas a longer period of oxidisation would result in a black tea.

    2. Let the tea brew between 2-3 minutes
    3. Don't use too much tea
