What to pair it with? We recommend pairing Monday tea with a meal containing a white fish, potatoes and maybe a creamy dill sauce. To combine soft herbs and clean flavours works really well with our Monday Tea.
Our Tuesday tea has become a crowd-pleaser, with its beautiful pink colour from hibiscus and its well balanced big flavours of coriander seed, coconut and basil it is made to be loved.
What to pair with? Our Tuesday tea is definitely a tea you would like to drink together with a crispy noodle salad flavoured with sesame oil, chilli, soy and coriander. It is basically a match made in heaven! You can even squeeze a bit of lime into your Tuesday tea, this will make the hibiscus react with the acidity and turn the tea even more pink.
A rounded and robust rooibos tea celebrating the flavours of ginger and orange. This is a well-balanced tea with a bunch of bold flavours and a gorgeous red colour.
What to pair it with? Our Wednesday rooibos tea will accomplish the Indian cuisine very well. It basically acts as a beautiful palette cleanser between bites while still letting the flavours of your curry shine. The rounded flavour from our Wednesday tea can handle the big bold flavours from Indian cuisine.
Our sophisticated Thursday blend has dryness and a welcoming bitterness to it, it is a fruity yet not sweet tea. The red currants and pink pepper get to shine through.
What to pair it with? We enjoy this tea to a light meal preferably with shellfish and clean flavours. See this tea as a glass of white wine.
Minty refreshing zesty tea with a strong flavour. This tea can easily be quite strong and heavy and can be brewed with a little bit fewer tea leaves.
What to pair it with? Works perfect to enjoy with your Friday cheese platter, especially a creamy goats cheese or why not have it with your Friday taco. The minty flavours can cut through hot chilli food and pairs really well with traditional Mexican flavours.
A well-balanced and rounded tea that has a lot of body to it. This tea has a slight minty flavour and lets the apple and goji berry cut through with a floral flavoursome hint.
What to pair it with? We can't find anything better to pair this tea with than a chocolate mousse. The chocolate mousse allows the mint from the tea to stay on your tongue until the next spoonful. Oh, what a lovely combination!
Our Sunday tea is a floral sweet green and white blend. This tea has become a well-loved tea with an impressive ingredient list filled with healthy herbs, berries and flowers.
What to pair it with? - This tea does not yet have a perfect meal to pair with, however, it is the perfect welcoming drink to start the evening with or to combine with a creamy strawberry cake.
