Fried Rice Paper with Caviar Cream

This is the perfect little snack to wow your guests when they arrive. Make sure to have your Houjicha tea chilled and ready to be served.

Recipe on fried rice paper with caviar cream

4 servings 

What you need: 

Rice paper 4 pcs 

Cream cheese 100g 

Crème fraîche 50g 

Red caviar 25g 



Black pepper 


Nori sheets 1-2 pcs 

How to: 

Heat up the oil in a saucepan, that is big enough to fit one rice paper sheet, to around 170-180°C. Add one rice paper at a time and fry it for about 10 seconds. Let it drain on paper towels. Add salt and let it cool. 

Mix the nori sheets to a fine powder. 

Mix the creme fraiche and cream cheese. Squeeze some lemon and add salt and pepper. Carefully turn down the red caviar.

Place the fried rice paper on a plate and put the caviar creme on top. Add watercress and top it off with some nori powder.
